Hello to what followers I still have! I am here to update everyone that while I am still not currently taking on new clients, I have decided to sell some pre-designed logos on Etsy! I have a huge stockpile of logos without a home, so I am now offering them up for adoption. They are at an unbelievable price of only $65! You can't beat that! I just put the first 10 designs up and as they sell, I'll add more.
At some point, I do still plan to begin accepting new clients again. But right now, I'm still focusing on my expanding family. We are currently expecting another baby later this year :)

First, a little bit about me. I have always loved art & creating! Always doodling & sketching as a child. I knew in highschool, that I wanted to be a graphic designer. And much against the advice of my highscool art teacher, I went on to college and earned my degree in Graphic Design. He said I should become a lawyer, because there was no money in art & design. Sure, I could have made more money in law, but I love this too much! I have been designing professionally now for 7 years. I still work full-time as a designer and have recently ventured into this little niche of photography design, as a part-time gig. I have a wonderful husband of 8 years and a spunky little 2 year old daughter...and if all that isn't enough...I too have a photography business!
Next, a little bit about the design process. I start by e-mailing you a detailed form to fill out, that will give me all the info I need to get started. Before I begin, I will invoice you (through PayPal) for 1/2 of the creative fee up front. From there, I will initially design 3-5 different concepts for you to choose from. I will then make up to 3 sets of revisions on up to 2 of those concepts. Once you choose your final logo, I will design your watermarks, business card and anything else you've requested. When everything is completed, I will invoice you for the remaining amount and send everything over. The whole process from start to finish can take anywhere from 7 - 14 days, depending on my current workload. I design exclusively in Adobe Illustrator, with vectored artwork. The final logo files you receive are flattened .png files, as well as the vectored Illustrator files.

Hmmm….you’ve got me thinking. Are you sure that freelancing is a worthwhile job? Simply put…is it even a `real job’? Your blog is sure to convince even the hardest of skeptics. Maybe it’s time to take a break. There is too much stress around me and I am grateful to you for showing me the way out. Freelancer – it does sound good on my tongue. And you are also telling me that I can make more money from home? I did check on sites like Professional Logo Design, Business Logo Design, which are top-listed heavenly places for the freelancing crowd. They are quite genuine. Finally, I have come to a decision. It is time to move on…as a freelancer!
